As property managers we are good at inspections. We know that to regularly inspect properties is to stay ahead of deferred maintenance issues that can become costly. Our agents, vendors, and associates are encouraged that when they see something wrong, they are to call it into the office.
For out-of-town investors, local and new clients we offer several options in the inspection category.
If you are a serious real estate investor and are looking at investment properties to purchase, we can perform an initial property inspection along with the whole house inspector, roofer, Termite Company, and your contractor. Our inspection will focus on the issues relating to management of the house from a monetary standpoint.
You may chose from an informal verbally communicated inspection via telephone or personal walk of premises or site.
We can look at several properties if you are buying more than one. We offer package discounts or on going consultation packages.
For a higher fee we offer inspection reports in writing and with digital photos included.
Please note we are not a home inspection service nor contractor. We are not trying to infringe upon the agency relationship of your realtor. These inspections are from an investment viewpoint and are candid and un-bias. Why is it good for you? We offer you only an educated professional business analysis of the observations noted.
