Some common Help questions:
If it is a water problem, hurry and turn off the water. Turn it off at the valve or source. Reach under the toilet, or sink and turn off the supply.
Locked out, please call a locksmith. IPM maybe able to provide a key, if we have one that works. You can call us during normal business hours. We don’t know if all of our keys work. Locks are changed often.
If you are smelling smoke or sense fire, get out and call 911.
If you are having a domestic dispute please resolve it peacefully and try to not disturb your neighbors.
Your roof is leaking! The sheet rock is swelling. Poke a pencil into the center of the swell. This will let the water out until the leak can be stopped.
Clean your gutters twice a year.
Change your air filter every three months to help reduce your electric bill and maintain the cooling/heating system in the home. Failure to do so could result in charges to your security deposit when you vacate.
