TIPS for our residents

  • Always report visible water leaks that you see in the home.
  • Don’t be afraid to call your property manager if something breaks in the home (even if you broke it)
  • Change your air filter every 3-4 months.
  • Do not move someone into the house that is not on the agreement.
  • Do not paint or repair the property yourself.
  • Always pay your rent by the 5th of the month.
  • Do not let debris build up around or on the property.
  • Make sure your smoke alarm batteries are working.
  • Clean the gutters around the house 2 times per year.
  • Do not disturb your neighbors.
  • Clean your carpets at least once a year. (It’s your dirt)
  • Keep your contact information current with IPM.
  • Let us know when the trees or bushes are growing onto the roof.
  • Regularly clean your bathrooms to keep them mold free.
  • Communication is the best policy when dealing with our office. Please don’t hesitate to call us for any reason. We value you as residents and want to hear from you!
